Effortless stacking plan management for brokers
Challenge
Before Stacker, brokers relied on interns with paper and pen to gather critical building information such as tenants, available space, square footage, and locations. This process was slow and inefficient, taking hours to deliver basic data for decision-making. The challenge was to create a tool that could centralize all this information, streamline workflows, and give brokers the insights they needed to make smarter leasing decisions, something that did not exist at the time.
Approach
The team and I spent years designing a solution from the ground up, focusing on the complex needs of commercial brokers. We built flows for adding and updating floors, creating custom stacking plans, analyzing market comps, and understanding how changes would impact leases and rent.
