Don’t lose the good stuff

Challenge

Before Stacker, brokers relied on interns with paper and pen to gather critical building information such as tenants, available space, square footage, and locations. This process was slow and inefficient, taking hours to deliver basic data for decision-making.

Approach

The team and I spent years designing a solution from the ground up, focusing on the complex needs of commercial brokers. We built flows for adding and updating floors, creating custom stacking plans, analyzing market comps, and understanding how changes would impact leases and rent.

I was responsible for designing all the UI for this project. The main goal was to clearly display all the tenants in a building and use color coding to make lease expirations easy to understand at a glance. There are also multiple filters, allowing brokers to quickly customize how they view and interact with the data.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with Victor Berbel for over five years, collaborating on the design and delivery of digital experiences that support both internal teams and Savills clients. Victor brings a rare mix of creativity, precision, and empathy to every project—always leading with a human-centered, user-first mindset.”

VP — Digital Transformation and Innovation, Savills
Savills is one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world, so it was important to honor their legacy while designing something that brokers would enjoy using. For this project I also designed custom icons to make the interface clearer and more engaging.
